An iconic floor lamp designed by Gino Sarfatti for his own lighting company, Arteluce. Model 1045 features a black enamelled metal base supporting a chrome-plated brass upper arm with an adjustable height range of approximately 100 cm to 160 cm. The height is easily altered via a simple hook mechanism, while a pivoting knuckle joint allows the shade to be tilted forward and backward for directional lighting.
The aluminium shade retains its original cream enamel finish. The lamp presents in very good, untouched original condition, with an attractive age-related patina consistent with its period.
