Overview

Teo Soriano is a Spanish artist known for his rich, tactile explorations of painting and its boundaries. Educated in Salamanca and Pontevedra, he developed a distinct visual language rooted in material experimentation, texture, and a painterly dialogue between abstraction and form. His work has been widely exhibited across Spain, including at the CGAC in Santiago and the Luis Seoane Foundation in A Coruña, and featured in major art fairs such as ARCO and The Armory Show. Soriano's practice came to an unexpected halt in 2017 due to a serious accident, marking the end of an influential period of artistic production.
